"Dear Mom, It’s You Time is a work in progress—something I started writing for my mom, and slowly realized might be worth sharing more widely. It began as a letter. A nudge. A way to help her take her health seriously without guilt, pressure, or perfectionism. After wanting to do so for a decade. Now it’s becoming a practical guide for any mom, any woman, who’s spent most of her life putting others first and interested in reading this book. I’m pulling from personal experience (as it relates to sports education, injuries, my path and that of others), scientific research, and the wisdom of those much smarter than me, including physicians, physiotherapists, and strength coaches, to build something grounded, useful, and human. It’s not about quick fixes or hacks. It’s about strength, longevity, self-respect, and most importantly: faring well. One small step at a time. Still writing. Still learning. Gladly open to collaborators who care about this mission. To be pubslihed in 2026."
